A Brief History of Bailey
Bailey's settlement story is closely associated with William and Ann Bailey, who established a ranch in the Platte Canyon area in 1864. A stage stop and services for travelers helped the community develop. Local historic buildings, including the Entriken Cabin at McGraw Park, preserve connections to the families and travel routes of those early years.
