A Brief History of Bellvue
Bellvue developed in Pleasant Valley near Fort Collins through the efforts of Jacob and Elizabeth Flowers. Their home, store and other enterprises helped serve the surrounding settlement and quarrying community. History Colorado identifies the Flowers' 1880 house as an important surviving connection to Bellvue's development in the late nineteenth century.
