A Brief History of Beulah
Beulah was once known as Mace's Hole, a name recorded by its nineteenth-century post office and early residents. The community adopted the name Beulah in 1876, the year Colorado became a state. Cemetery records and the local historical society preserve the stories of families who made their homes in this foothill valley.
